Raid orchestration and analytics, as a service
raidmimic
One shared picture of your raid, built from the logs your raiders already write. For the person who has to run the night.
Today it runs for one guild, Wolf Pack, on Project Quarm. Running it for other guilds is coming, and this page says plainly which parts are which.
Playing, not leading? The free player tool is Mimic, at eqmimic.quest. eqmimic.quest

These are the real Mimic overlays, running today for one guild, drawn here on made-up data: every raider name is invented. Generated walls: EQEmu maps (GPLv2+, © EQEmulator.NET, AX-Classic and ProjectEQ).
Watch a raid night
Raiders get the overlays; the people running the night get the coordination. Pick a side and watch it run.
On your own screen: what is on the boss, and which copy is which.

Target Info · The debuffs
Every debuff, as it lands
Slows, snares and damage over time stack on the boss and show who cast them. The health bar tells you how close the split is.
Recordings of the real overlays, running today for one guild, on invented raiders.
More of what the raid sees
A raid pull from end to end: where everyone stands, what is on the boss, how you are doing and who is healing. Tap one for the full-size capture.

Map, on a floor plan
Zoomed in on a dungeon floor plan: every raider with the way they face, the boss and who it is on, and the spawn points around you.
Generated walls: EQEmu maps (GPLv2+, © EQEmulator.NET, AX-Classic and ProjectEQ).

Map with Target Info
Beside the map, the boss on your target: its health, which debuffs are on it and for how long, its resists and what it can do.
Generated walls: EQEmu maps (GPLv2+, © EQEmulator.NET, AX-Classic and ProjectEQ).

Target Info, debuffs
Every debuff on the target with a bar that drains, a tick count and the time left, so a slow or a resist debuff is re-cast before it drops.

Your HUD, the Box view
Your own numbers in one panel: health, mana and endurance, experience and AA per hour, the song you are on, your target, your group and how many casts your mana buys.

CH Chain
The Complete Heal rotation on the tank: whose slot is up, who is mid-cast, and a gap warning the moment a heal is late.

Damage meters, a full raid
The same fight as ranked bars with a colour for swings, procs, spells and heals, and as a table with damage, share, damage per second and seconds, your own row picked out.
Made-up data, like the rest: every raider name is invented.
- Coming
A raid board across two guilds
Two guilds, one raid, one board: each sees what is up and what is down, and each keeps its own roster.
- Live today, for one guild
Flags and lockouts at a glance
Your raiders against the gates and the bosses: who can zone in, who is locked out, who still needs a step.
- Live today, for one guild
A parse built from every log
One fight, merged from every raider’s view, so no single log decides the numbers.
- In alpha
The overlay builder
Lay out your own on-screen panels, meters, timers and queues, and put them where you want them.
Works with what you already run
PQ Companion, GINA and EQLogParser can stay installed and keep running. They read the game’s log file, and so does this, so there is nothing to uninstall and nothing to choose between.
- PQ Companion
- GINA
- EQLogParser
Triggers you already have as a GINA file can be imported.

Your data stays yours
Built so a raider can say yes, and say no again later.
- Each member opts in. Nothing is uploaded until that member signs in.
- Revoke any time. Signing out stops every upload from that player, at once.
- Private chat stays on the PC. Officer, group, custom-channel, say, OOC, shout and auction chat is dropped on the player’s own machine before anything is sent. Tells are too, unless the player turns tell relay on.
- Shown where it lives. A guild’s data stays in that guild’s own database. A shared board shows only what each guild chooses to put on it.
Opt-in, sign-out and the private-chat filter work today. Sharing between guilds is coming, and will follow the same rule.
What it costs
We price to recover what it costs to run it and to build it.
- Hosting, passed through. Your guild runs on its own cloud account, so the hosting is billed by the provider to you, by the size of your guild, and the data lives in your name.
- A small development share. A small amount on top, to keep building it.
- A shared trial, to start. A small group of guilds can start on a shared trial that we run, then move to a cloud account of their own. Coming
No price list yet. For a sense of scale only, Wolf Pack’s own hosting measured about $30 a month in September 2026. That is one guild’s bill, not a quote.
Standing up your own copy is not turnkey today: the setup wizard is designed, not built. The honest list is on eqmimic.quest.
Any solved world
A solved world is a game whose encounters, timers and rules are understood well enough to write down. EverQuest is the first. The same engine is meant to serve the others, which is why this page is not about one game.
- EverQuestLive today, for one guildOn Project Quarm. This is what runs today.
- Other EverQuest serversComingProject 1999, live EverQuest and other servers write the same log. Next.
- Classic-era WarcraftComingNext, from the game's own combat log. Not built yet.
- Monsters & MemoriesComingWaiting on the game: its rules forbid combat parsers today, and we have found no combat log to read.
Game names belong to their owners. This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
What is not built yet
- Running it for guilds other than Wolf Pack (multi-guild hosting).
- Raid boards shared between guilds.
- Sharing between guilds under the same opt-in rule.
- The shared trial for a small group of guilds.
- A setup wizard that stands a guild up on its own cloud account.
- Other EverQuest servers and classic-era Warcraft.
- Monsters & Memories, once its rules allow a combat parser.
